Deny bail to Luthando Tshayisa and his associates
Why is this important?
Belinda Nokuthula Tshayisa was allegedly brutally murdered by her husband, step son and two other men on 16 November 2018 in Mthatha.
Justice must be served.
Statistics show that a woman is murdered every 3 hours in South Africa and most of them at the hands of a man who they thought loved them .
The accused and his associates' bail application will be heard before the Mthatha Magistrates Court on 7, 8 & 9 January 2019.
We plead with the people of South Africa to stand with us in calling for no bail for the accused and his associates.
