REMOVE THE RACIST CHIEF MASTER OF THE HIGH COURTS OF SOUTH AFRICA

COMPLAINT AGAINST THER CHIEF MASTER OF SOUTH AFRICA
LESTER GEORGE BASSON EMPLOYED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE
The Chief Master of the High Courts of South Africa a White Afrikaner by the name of Lester George Basson ("Basson") , is a racist - having made racist remarks against a Black female Advocate of Indian descent, Indhera Rajah (“Rajah”), of the Kwa-Zulu Natal Bar, and against Blacks of Indian origin generally, by referring to them as “Coolies” who cannot be trusted. The racist remarks were made by Basson during 1995/6 when he was the acting Master of the Pietermaritzburg High Court. Rajah who is a member of my organisation known as the Association for the Advancement of Black Rescue and Insolvency Practitioners of South Africa (“ABRIPSA”) recently drew my attention to the incident. A complaint against him has been launched by me against the Respondent in the Equality Court of the Pretoria High Court under case number 36155/16 in connection with the racist and offensive remarks. These remarks were made to one Loretta Smith. In regard to the allegations made under Oath, The affidavit by Loretta Smith can be sent to you on request, as the original is in the court file of the Equality Court. Loretta Smith is still employed at the Masters office in Pietermaritzburg, she has been there for 27 years.
What is even more interesting is that Loretta Smith states under Oath, that Basson has committed adultery, apparently having fathered a child by a colored lady who is or was his personal assistant in his office, one Christenette Steenkamp.
In regard to the allegations made under Oath, The affidavits copies can be sent to you on request as the original is in the court file of the Equality Court. Confirmatory affidavits by both Smith and Rajah are annexed to the Equality Court complaint.
The matter has also been referred by me to the Kwa Zulu Natal Bar Council and the Chief Justice.

Why is this important?

This is important because the Chief Master of the High Court is supposed to push the transformation agenda at the Department of Justice so that Black Liquidators can be included to be appointed in all insolvency matters in this country.
One cannot expect a person who is a racist or who has racist tendencies to be in charge of such an important position.
