Electronic Database for Unemployed Educators

Develop an eletronic database system that will allow unemployed educators to create login details, create and update candidate profile, upload supporting documents and view profile.

Why is this important?

Data security as it will not be easy to lose information.
Restrict applicant duplication.
Allow applicants to update or change any of their details and information.
Easy-search of educators from the database, from their respective specialisations and phases.
Fair criteria selection.
Employability of educators.
Sharable database to relevant stakeholders.

We are due to submit our petition and memorandum to the Office of the MEC, Department of Education. Submission date will be communicated shortly, still waiting for a confirmation. We would appreciate to be accompanied by a team of unemployed educators. Those who are keen to do so, are more than welcome.
