Hire a graduate, even if they don't have experience

Employers must stop putting 2, 3 or 5 years of experience when they advertise vacancy. Where do we get experience from, when we just graduated. We qualify for the job description but the years of experience required is killing us, do not be selfish. Just because we don't have that years of experience you want, it does not mean we can't do the job right. I am sure even you did not start off with experience, you gained it.
