Hold Magistrate and Senior Prosecutor of Pretoria North Magistrate Court to account on their Misconduct and Improper Behaviour Complaint lodged with Magistrate Commission, NDPP Head and Minister of Justice. They all have to face consequences for Injustice and Corruption mushrooming and raising its ugly head in that Court for Justice to Prevail.
Why is this important?
Pretoria North Magistrate Court is where Corruption and Injustice resides, mushrooming and raising its ugly head unwatched and innocent people who can't afford to pay a bribe or refuse to pay a bribe are being unlawfully charged by Police who conniving with that Court, maliciously prosecuted by the Senior Prosecutor in that Court and faces wrongful convictions by the Magistrate in that Court not for committing a crime but for refusing to pay a bribe and kingpin of #CourtCapture #PoliceCapture is Senior Prosecutor in that Court.
How it will be delivered
I will be personally hand delivering the Petition to the Office of Minister of Justice and Correctional Services Mr. Michael Masutha and the Office of National Director of Public Prosecutions Adv. Shamila Batohi for me to have acknowledge of receipt from their offices as proof of hand delivery.
